Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at AMERICAN WHEELCHAIR. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have two (2) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All tags must still be attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few banking days (based on your financial institution), depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DUE TO HEALTH, HYGIENIC, AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, ALL PRODUCTS THAT RELATE TO PERSONAL HYGIENE AND SELF CARE CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS (48 HOURS FOR ONLINE OR IN-STORE PURCHASES) FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ALL PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION (UNUSED), PACKAGING, HAVE TAGS ATTACHED AND BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, IN ORDER TO BE EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE. NO PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAGS REMOVED PER PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY. PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: COMMODES, TOILET SEATS, SHOWER CHAIRS AND BENCHES, BODY BRACES, SEAT CUSHIONS, STOCKINGS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT THAT COMES IN CONTACT WITH PATIENT’S BODY.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all returnable items
