Buddies Disposable Underpads, manufactured by Griffin Medical Products, are disposable Chux Pads that are designed to have excellent functionality. These underpads are super absorbent and have a spunbond front sheet. This technology allows the top layer to be lighter and fluid to pass more easily through than with a solid or woven fabric, helping the fluid absorption process. These top sheets are softer and stays dryer than some other Incontinence Bed Pads.
