The Griffin Care 23 X 36 Deluxe Underpad has a spunbond top sheet, it is able to easily absorb urine as soon as it comes in contact with the top of the underpad. This design is better than other disposable underpads which offer a flat surface which may cause some fluids to run-off the pad before it has the chance to be absorbed. Made to be disposable, the underpad does not have to be carried around and washed after use, just discard and place a new one in its place.
